I called Rodas construction to get a quote on replacing my 25 year old roof. I also called one other company. The rep for the other company was the owner. He had one of his workers spend 10-15 minutes on the roof and gave me a written estimate. After he left I looked up the reviews for this company and they weren't very good. I read the reviews for Rodas and called them. Cole Faulkner, their sales rep came out. He spent about 30 minutes on the roof, measuring and taking pictures. He then spent about 2 minutes in the attic looking at the underside of the roof and taking pictures. Afterwards he spent about 20 minutes showing me the pictures and pointing out potential problems. He showed me his brochures for GAF roofing explaining the benefits of the system, the warranty and then gave me an estimate. It was more lower than the company with worse reviews. Cole left the brochures with me including one that outlined what we can expect during installation and afterward. They showed up when they said they would. They finished when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves so that my yard was cleaner than before they started. When I got the final bill, it was exactly what the quote was, no surprises. I am very pleased with my roof and with Cole and Rodas construction. I highly recommend them.The recent hailstorm damaged my roof, After looking around for a while I used Rodas to install a new roof. Unlike many of the roofers who promised to install a roof for the price that my insurance gave me, Rodas gave me a detailed quote. The project consultant, Cole Faulkner, was great to work with and did a good job of answering all my questions and concerns. The whole roof removal and install happened in a single day and they were very quick about it. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and putting everything back when they were done. They also fixed some gutter issues I had from the original home builder. My front door had a down spout from the second floor that came down to the roof unfortunately just before the gutters so water would pour over the entranceway. Rodas put some additional flashing in to redirect the flow of water into the gutters. I also hired Rodas to install some gutters guards and reroute that one gutter. The gutter guards went in very quickly (via a subcontractor) and Cole was communicative through the process. The gutter work also was done in less than a day. The subcontractor did miss a tiny amount of cleanup, but Cole personally came out afterwards and picked up all the pieces that they missed. I definitely would use Rodas again.

PLEASE HIRE RODAS CONSTRUCTION. I had my roof replaced and my facia and soffits replaced because of rot. I was very hesitant about hiring any contractor since I was dealing with a botched home renovation aside from the roofing issue. The project manager John was amazingly supportive. He took only a small down payment and the workers came and worked efficiently all day (dawn till dusk). Some how my cat brought a mouse into the house and one of the roofers helped me catch it and throw it back outside. They cleaned up everything like no one was even there. Although I couldn t afford the facia and soffit repair, John worked with me to replace them anyway, and even when the work came back more extensive than expected he didn t charge me extra. This meant so much to me since I had recently lost 30k on a botched home Reno and was in and out of court with that contractor. The carpenter who did the work was amazing and very kind. He went above and beyond all expectations. Everyone I meant was very kind, hard working, time efficient and super professional. Please hire Rodas for any of your home renovations. You will not regret it.
